How quickly your order leaves our facility

WORDMINDGLOW handles order review, verification, quality inspection, and packaging. This step takes either 48 hours or 3–7 business days, depending on order volume and item availability. We complete this work ourselves — no third parties are involved in this stage.

How long transit takes — and why it varies

After dispatch, your package moves through the carrier network and customs systems. For international shipments, transit typically requires 14–30 business days. WORDMINDGLOW does not control this phase. Responsibility lies with the carrier and customs authorities — not with us.

What can delay your package (and who’s responsible)

Delays during transit may occur due to factors outside WORDMINDGLOW’s control. These include:
  • public holidays
  • severe weather conditions
  • customs inspections
  • transportation disruptions
  • destination-specific import requirements
None of these are managed or caused by WORDMINDGLOW. They originate with third parties — including national postal services, border agencies, and global logistics providers.
